That's sort of a tough one to call, their were times when he chose to box and not load up on his punches, but then their were other times he could really tag you. Example when he hit Oscar Bonavena with a wicked left hook to take him out for the only knockout of his career. I always thought he demonstated power when he chose to fight that way.
