I like to see Russell fight Tank Davis at 130. Russell is from DC and Tank from Baltimore. That would be a good fight.
Gary needs to get active.

I meant active in the ring as in throwing punches. I figure Russell's hand speed, and youth would be enough for him to get it done against Rigo at this point.

Yeah probably. PBC guys definitely prefer low risk. Though Rigo still might not be "low risk" he's lower than he was.
