i hope horn smashes crawford just to really give you something to whinge about.
Your shortbus thoughts are cute, but I don't think hope is gonna be enough. Better pray for more head butts and rabbit punches, Horn's most effective work. Trying to set the head lock record every fight, that's some noble work he's doing out there.

Dont understand all this hate to be honest. Horn took his shot against manny and it was a close fight regardless of who you thought won it. History is full of guys that took a shot and ended up with a belt against the odds.
For someone to criticise this fight indicates they know little of what it's like to step through those ropes at any level.
Horn deserves this fight whether you like it or not. As a matter of fact his only concern as a professional fighter is to make money not please those who sit in their arm chairs and demand fights that fit there idea of what a fight must look like.
Good Luck Jeff. The odds are against you, you have an elite amateur career that these people don't know or care about. You went from earning $45K last year to 4M. You can only trust your training and give it your best. If it doesn't please Mike from Minnesota sitting in his two bedroom apartment eating pizza and wondering why his blood pressure is high and he has no friends, then who cares. You're the one living the dream.
Good luck Jeff

horn shouldnt get hate i agree

i mean even if u think he got a gift (i dont) he didnt judgenthe manny fight, and of course he was going to try to make the most money and weigh up his options after that, no need to get angry with him. it actually reminds me of how his opponent manny has a whole legion of floyd fans who for some reason , even after floyds win, still want his head

It doesn't suck. Horn is a relevant welterweight and Crawford is just moving up. Solid fight. I'm expecting an ugly one too, though.
Horn's relevant like Algieri was relevant. This fight is a colossal mismatch of epic proportions. Horn doesn't have the ability or size over Crawford to dictate a thing like making it an "ugly" fight. We aren't talking about a 5'2" 38 year old Manny here. Horn won't last 7 rounds.
You're clueless. You don't know what the hell you are talking about.
You'll see, dope. Then, apologize. Horn will now get a few big fights and lose them all badly and then hang them up. Just like Algieri, he'll be an overrated guy that stole a fight to win a title and then cashed out looking horrible against the top fighters. You are too dumb to realize how great a comparison this is so go screw

Great news!! This should expose the crude-brawler Horn for just what he is...a crude brawler who got a gift decision over Pacman.

Crawford's definitely gonna dismantle Horn in pretty lopsided fashion. Horn might give him issues early, but it'll be all Crawford from Round 3 or 4 onward.

I figure he stops Jeff around the 9th.

This is a smart fight for both fighters....

Horn was pushed up way too fast... He needed 10 more fights at least...

Like Leon Stinks he doesn't know what he's doing in there... But if he fought any challenger better than Corcoran, he might lose anyway without cashing in on the Title... If he fights another challenger like Corcoran his conscience might bother him and he might not be able to live with himself.... Fighting a worthy challenger with the prestige of Crawford will get get him a few million... Everyone will be wonder how long he can last and some may think he can pull another Earth shattering upset... He's trading his World Title for something useful....financial security.... Everybody down under will want to see the fight.

For Crawford it's an easy win... Grab a World Title at Welterweight so you can be on more of an even footing when facing Spence and Thurman... Those should be some of the biggest money fights in Boxing History.... Three undefeated Welterweight Champions -- all among the highest caliber in the history of the division.... Brook was an outstanding Welterweight Champion who's been cleared out in a mega fight.... I can't wait for Keith, Errol, and Terence to wage war.

All that's left is to wait on Amir Khan... Who has recently promised to "clean out the Welterweight Division"

Any of the 3 will sent Khan into Zu Zu Land  so we can finally say  to Mr. Amir  Khan

It depends on the ref. If it is Weeks Crawford will have his work cut out for him. Maidana/Floyd 1 is a good example. One advantage Crawford has at his age over Floyd due to his fresher legs is his lateral movement, which he will have to use to get free of Horn.
