I would have loved to experience Tijuana during its Golden Age.Taansend wrote: ↑17 Jan 2018, 00:22 According to this he did & now I want to get this book.....

The raunch, the filth, the incredibly cheap beer.
Nowadays, Tijuana has been cleaned up so much by sensitive city fathers, that you would never know that it was once regarded as the Sleaze Capitol of the Western Hemisphere.
It's so antiseptic and family oriented that many here in the Los Angeles region derisively refer to the Mexican border town as Disneyland South.
But its downtrodden saloons and cantinas are still a fantastic place to experience a major PPV fight, especially when a Mexican star is involved.
The atmosphere is unparalleled.

When I lived in San Diego we would go camping down by Ensenada. I like that town. TJ is ok.SenorPipino wrote: ↑17 Jan 2018, 16:04I would have loved to experience Tijuana during its Golden Age.Taansend wrote: ↑17 Jan 2018, 00:22 According to this he did & now I want to get this book.....
