A fight for the ages. I bet the old bare knuckle boxers, back in the olden days, threw more punches per round.

It was a bout decided by movement and Wlad's fear of missing widely and looking foolish or of being off balance and clipped. Not much action.

I quite liked the suspense, waiting to see if Klit would detonate and Tyson pi55ing around the ring clowning.

One guy looked like it was all gravy and going as he wanted, other guy just looked like nothing was working. Action was poor but the drama was huge I felt

Yeah, people have sudenly forgot that he was one of the All time top ten HW's who was on a par with Joe Louis for title defences. Fury deserves huge respect for going in to the Lions den and doing that.

I remember the state of Pulev's eye after being hit with a left hook. Loaded gloves? Didn't the Fury team make Klitschko re-wrap his hands? Maybe that's why Vlad wasn't confident enough to throw his shots?

You expect numbers like that in a four round fight. Pitiful.

So what evidence is there that Wlad had loaded gloves?

Fury's team were unhappy with the amount of padding on the gloves, and asked them to be re-wrapped. Given they watched whilst it was done, It would have been pretty obvious if Wlad had some sort of foreign body in there wouldn't it?

Guess what, getting hit by left hooks, by world class 250 lb fighters is bad for your eyes.

No, Wlad wrapped his hand when no one from Team Fury was there, that's why them made him unwrap and re-wrap them.

True. Peter told them "we're not some Americans over here for a few hundred grand, sort it, or we're going home". Same as with the ring issue. I was watching it shitting myself it would be called off in my hotel, in German!

I've heard that the average HW throws about 30 a round. Which would be 360 over 12 rounds.

I think the connection rate is the issue, not the amount thrown. Although obviously Wlad was the main culprit, his stats are a disgrace.

Putting punch stats to one side temporarily, I dare anyone to watch this clip and be sorry that Wlad lost. Fvcking appalling behaviour from the ‘gentleman’ boxer:
