I like it. It's more interesting than the proposed Pac vs Crawford torch passing.
Re: Vasyl Lomachenko vs. Manny Pacquiao
Loma is faster, younger, quicker on his feet, will have better reflexes still, and...I think has the kinda style that would've been trouble for a Prime Manny even.
I think he'll outbox Manny rather handily and hand him a lopsided UD loss.
I don't expect he'll make Manny quit on his stool the way he has the last few guys, but I don't look for Manny to be able to make a particularly great fight of it honestly. Though he may have his moments.

It's a dangerous fight for Loma, I remember Pacquiao had a lot of power when he was fighting guys closer to his own size from 2000 to 2006. But I agree, Loma is definitely faster at the current time since Manny has slowed with age.

Re: Vasyl Lomachenko vs. Manny Pacquiao
imo Pacquiao beat Horn like 116-112, but still i think Loma vs Pac today would be 120-108 or 118-110 at best, i cant see Loma stopping or ko Manny but if i had to bet i bet he outpoints him widely
Lomachenko vs Crawford is the fight i want to see, way more exciting than Loma vs Rigo, P4P #1 vs #2 in my opinion

Loma's not big enough to fight Crawford. He'd get his ass kicked in that one.dagilechia wrote: ↑17 Jan 2018, 16:40 imo Pacquiao beat Horn like 116-112, but still i think Loma vs Pac today would be 120-108 or 118-110 at best, i cant see Loma stopping or ko Manny but if i had to bet i bet he outpoints him widely

The size difference would be too much. Loma's reach is shorter even than Rigo's, and Crawford has very long arms.dagilechia wrote: ↑17 Jan 2018, 16:40Lomachenko vs Crawford is the fight i want to see, way more exciting than Loma vs Rigo, P4P #1 vs #2 in my opinion
Crawford vs Spence would be a good match-up.

i agree with you all but not at all, i think it cold be close and competetive bout, while i think Crawford wins, and yeah size difference would be a deciding factor. i also thinks that Crawford could clean out 147

Arum says he wants Pacquiao to fight someone else in June, then fight Loma in the fall.
Re: Vasyl Lomachenko vs. Manny Pacquiao
Manny's too old for tune ups. Tune up guys have a real shot at beating him these days.Freedom2013 wrote: ↑18 Jan 2018, 19:37 Arum says he wants Pacquiao to fight someone else in June, then fight Loma in the fall.

At 140. Would be willing to at 135.
Re: Vasyl Lomachenko vs. Manny Pacquiao
honestly i dont think this would be a bad fight. manny lost last time but that was largely because horn was much bigger and able to bully him enough. mannys absolutely tiny for 147

They will give Loma one fight at 135, then fight Pac at 140 in the fall.

Manny didn't lose that fight. It was a robbery.
However, he is worn and nowhere close to his own best.
Re: Vasyl Lomachenko vs. Manny Pacquiao
i dont mind it tbh. i dont buy that manny making lower weight than 147 is undoable when the mans a lilliputan of a ww. mannys not at his best but i think vs guys his own size hes still world class
ppl mention oscar but he wasnt tiny for any division he fought in, not even 160

Re: Vasyl Lomachenko vs. Manny Pacquiao
Remember Floyd was 17 pounds lighter when they stepped in the ring vs Oscar when they fought. The weight its self isn't a huge factor when you have someone as skilled as Loma. Pac is also awkward with a good punch, so Loma will not be careless.jamamb wrote: ↑21 Jan 2018, 02:20 i dont mind it tbh. i dont buy that manny making lower weight than 147 is undoable when the mans a lilliputan of a ww. mannys not at his best but i think vs guys his own size hes still world class

Re: Vasyl Lomachenko vs. Manny Pacquiao
what an interesting partnership. . . . .Manny fights for money to give away, spend and help his countrymen. . . . .Arum is willing to ride that horse until it collapses.
