More likely he's a little USA white boy who has been taught to hate his own people.

Who are his own people? I'm a white American and most white Americans are NOT my people.

Maybe a boxing fan, or a Dylan fan, or a moderate-liberal are my people. But just being my color or born in my area, doesn't make someone my "people." I'm a lot more discerning than that.

I've rooted for Lennox Lewis against Tyson, and I'm American. There are other examples.

If you gave me a choice between the outcome of Wilder vs Povetkin and how many red/green lights I get driving home, I am FAR more interested in the later. If Wilder wins though I am mildly amused because some people want to see him lose so badly.

"Hate" is a bit strong.

I saw Wilder-Spilkva in Brooklyn and I rooted for Wilder. There were many good Polish fans rooting for Spilkva.

I didn't see one fight outside of the ring. Almost everyone was polite.

I hate every boxing community that are biased because of nationality or skin color. I’m white from Montreal Quebec and i am a boxing fan when i look at a boxer i look at his talent and the excitment he brings and not the way he look. I assume that most people on boxrec forum are the same with some exception that are clearly biased because of some race issue. Unfortunetly we will not fixing the racism problem on a boxing forum and we should shut down all threads that are going this way. If we can t respect each other has boxing fans and human being over here the hope for everyone else is useless. The noble art they say let s try to make some honorable post to celebrate it
