Usyk is a level above for me and could box from the outside and win the fight handily. Breidis will have to try and get in close and make it ugly. Breidis can bang and is at home so you can't write him off but skill wise Usyk is a level above and I fancy him on points/late stoppage.

To me this is one of the biggest fights of the year. Winner will be definite cruiser weight number 1. At least until Gassiev vs Dorticos match

This one is the cruiser weight version of Wilder vs Joshua or Adonis vs Kovalev or Canelo vs GGG or Crawford vs Spence. Not many fights of this caliber per year.

This is my prediction of the fight... Briedis will take few of the early rounds. Mostly on activity. Then Usyk will start to figure him out and outbox him. Around round 9 Usyk will step it up and the tempo will be too much for Briedis. At the end of round 11 Usyk will be landing almost freely. TKO round 11.

Lets see how it goes. Should be excellent match

i think Briedis fits Usyk better than Gassiev or Dorticos and he wins easily, the cards will be like 118-110 116-112

Who do you expect to win in Gassiev - Dorticos fight?

i think this fight is a CW version of Joshua vs Wilder with Gassiev being AJ and Dorticos Wilder. i expect they will exchange a lot of punches and Gassiev comes out as the tougher one and wins by late stoppage after a very even fight. it could be similar to AJ vs Klitschko fight but honestly i dont expect Gassiev to be knocked down. Dorticos is good but i think Gassiev is tougher and generally has better skills and technique, Dorticos punches rather harder than Gassiev but it doesnt change the fact that Gassiev is a hard puncher too and his liver punch is a lethal weapon, he knocked out Wlodarczyk and knocked down Lebedev like this. i find out that a lot of people think that Dorticos is faster but i believe Gassiev just proves that they were wrong. i am more impressed by Gassiev win over Wlodarczyk than Dorticos over Kudryashov, everyone knew that the Russian is a very static and open target and quite chinny, Wlodarczyk, while he's past it, was stopped first time in his career in his almost 60 fight. this fight seems to be far more entertaining than Usyk vs Briedis. Gassiev also often seems to me like a bigger version of Golovkin. vs Lebedev he received some big shots but never was rocked or so, and just look at his powerful neck, i am not surprised if he got the best chin in CW division. he is a big guy, if both Usyk, Gassiev and Dorticos move to HW they could make this division far more interesting. well, Briedis could do well too, he knocked out a HW Charr easily. here you can see Gassiev compared to Klitschko, he is bigger than some blown up HW http://photo.BS.com/uploads/kl ... assiev.jpg
if Gassiev fights let's say Dillian Whyte, i am pretty sure he wins easily
i can see him beating Parker too, Joseph is slower, less skilled, his punch is not so impressive especially against tough opponents and as i say Gassiev is very tough, there is no big size difference too

I won't be surprised if one or both of these guys would try to box versus trying to stop an opponent early.

But Usyk has that spectacular crazy pace for 12 that should imo end up meriting the decision. Will he get it, we'll see.

Usyk has been disrespecting fighters in the fight and looked sloppy... that is something Briedis could capitalize on.

Otherwise Usyk close the distance with pace and pretty much neutralises any big wieght transfer for Briedis who's only chance will be to rarely time a good liver shot or hook to an overcomitting Usyk.

skill-wise yeah Gassiev, maybe Dorticos too are better than them, Usyk obviously is. and if actually Gassiev/Dorticos fights Wilder i can see them win this fight, if i had to bet who wins Usyk vs Wilder i would rather bet on Usyk

It's a very interesting match-up, I'd favor Usyk but not by much, perhaps 55-45.
