pips just a bunch of empty talk. theres a reason aj makes about 10x what wilder does. hes the moneyman. i mean pip your gonna play the money making power card in ggg vs canelo but not for this

and if you want to bring belts and unbeaten records and power and excitement into it, why not bring it into ggg vs canelo too? ggg has belts, an unbeaten record, exciting kos, etc

funny how some ppl treat similar cases so differently

i like wilder a lot but he makes ajs allowance. its not a 50-50 fight in drawing and money power thats for sure

He's undefeated, like Joshua.

He's knocked out every man, he's faced, like Joshua.

The fight would likely be in the US, where it's Joshua who couldn't draw flies, except for the Brits who may journey across the pond.

So no. Wilder and Haymon are businessmen. They know exactly what the WBC champ brings to the dance. No less than 50/50.

And if Joshua and Hearn want to assume the the prima donna role (and actually I put most of the blame on Hearn who is risking the payday of a lifetime for Joshua by playing a ridiculous game of hardball) and insult Wilder with a 33% offer then there will be no fight.

A non-entity like Parker may be happily willing to accept 33% vs. Joshua.

But an unbeaten KO artist like Wilder---one of boxing's most exciting fighters---wouldn't and shouldn't lower himself to that level.
I get it. So what your saying is Wilder v Ortiz is going to gross about the same as Joshua v Parker :-x . I thought most Yanks understood how capitalism works. The one who brings the most to the table gets the biggest share.

They should put it to purse bids and see who wins. Guaranteed Hearn/Matchroom will put their hands in their pocket for this one. 90,000 at Wembley and a million PPV buys means that Joshua brings the majority of the capital to this fight.

If Wilder wants to continue to earn meagre money, then he can go and fight Stiverne again for $100k.

To earn big bucks Wilder needs Joshua.
Joshua does not need to fight Wilder in order to earn millions. He can fill UK stadiums fighting the likes of Tyson Fury, Povetkin, Pulev, Haye, Whyte etc.
This week AJ v Parker sold 70,000 tickets on the first day of sale.
I'm sure Wilder will be offered a huge amount of cash to challenge AJ in the near future. If he turns it down that's his problem.
