He's been on a keto diet where you get most of your calories from fats and protein .

That image is at least 4 years old--it was used in a youtube video in 2014 if you do a google image search.

Yes, sounds like bullshit to me too. That's a pound a day.

Tyson the man ... he's good people I like him.

But he's fat unmotivated lazy and relies on his old war stories about Heavyweights who once were something to back up his historical conclusions,
That's one of his weaknesses and why he built a plan to beat Wladimir Klitschko with size and a jab.
It doesn't mean he's a genius.

I don't know about 56lbs but he is looking a lot thinner than the last time I saw him. He is going in the right direction. It is only January still so he has a few more months of training & dieting he very well could get under 300lbs for his comeback fight which I think is supposed to be in April or May...

I only eat keto. No sugar at all. It sucks but being in good shape doesnt. My diet is basically: eggs, bacon, cheese, chicken, beef, pork, salmon, crab, shrimp, avacados, broccoli, lettuce, macadamia nuts, cashews, pistachios, water, water and more water. Cut down carbs drastically and the pounds fly off. This diet doesnt work if you have high cholesterol tho. Everyone's body is different. Get your LDL and HDL checked before trying this.

I never, ever, was a diet fad person, but keto diet works really well. I was skeptical until I did it. Stopped eating bread, sugar, and I only ate nuts, meat, and veggies. Fat just slipped right off. Felt stronger in the gym too.

I would guess Fury was 350ish before training.
56 pounds in 8 weeks is a pound a day. I can see that.
That was the east part mostly water weight.
Now comes the hard part.

Keto absolutely works. Carbs are what make us fat. Not fat. You could do Keto and literally no exercise and you would still lose weight. Sugar is the worst thing we can put into our bodies. It’s poison.
