Whatever substance his corner was giving him had some strong effects, because he was doing well until shortly after the boxing commission took it away.

He was either sniffing something to help his punch resistance. Or he took a dive right before the over under rounds. That fight was fishy as fukc.

If he were to take a dive, why did he even try the first few rounds? The way he just woke up all of a sudden from the first knockdown was hilarious. It reminded me of when Shawn Michaels or Hulk Hogan used to play dead and just jump up all of a sudden.

The fight was boring, but Kiram was right in it. 4-3 either way or 5-2 Lucas at worst. The KO looked odd, I just don't see the point when he had the chance to win it. A big payday would be coming out of the win. Though the fact the KO looked odd and happened just in time for the under to hit seemed a little set up.

not saying he dived but theres big money to be made from betting on your fights where you have some degree of control over what happens. he couldve easily made more hitting an under/over then from all his other fights and its easier to make happen than actually winning.

i think it probably happens all the time. theres especially big money to be made betting on the fight to end a specific round.

Kellerman certainly insinuated Kiram took a dive. “I’m pretty sure he was just looking for some place to lay down”. Who gets knocked down from a jab when he was eating much harder hooks throughout the fight? The first KD he went down like he was dead then instantly sprung to his feet like he had just slipped. That looked odd on its own. Then he gets knocked out by a delayed reaction jab that landed seconds previously.

Color me highly skeptical. Especially with the ending coming so close to the over/under total.

Strange fight between LM looking awful, the strange mixture taken from the Thai kid's corner and then turning to mush and one of the strangest kd's i've seen in a while. LM does have a heavy jab and that's really what knocked him down on the first kd and clearly the punch for the last kd. Max is a dink for his comment. Who is he to call someone a quitter? Prick

The scores at the time of the stoppage: Matthysse was up on two of three scorecards at the time of the stoppage: 68-65 and 69-64. Kiram was up 68-65 on the other.

I think that an investigation needs to be done on Oscar/Golden Boy's Scorecards. GB fighters are impossible to beat on the cards. I had the fight a lot closer.

Maybe GB has somebody behind them who is making people offers which can't be refused.

It was competitive due to size and straight punching from Teerachai but as soon as the Thai started to fatigue and make defensive footwork mistakes, he was done. He is chinny and it was capitalized on.

If he took a dive why did he get up from the first KD? Doesn't make sense. I think the KO was legit. Cumulation of hard punches trough the fight.

Matthysse has great power.

Diddy is absolutely hilarious: pre-fight he talks up Kiram's chances (and places a $50 bet, hope he changed his mind on that one), during the fight he sees a one sided foregone conclusion, then after the knockout immediately starts claiming the fix is in!

Can't people just admit when they called it wrong occasionally?

Besides what has been already mentioned, I found it odd that the ref told Kiram's corner that he was holding too much and that they were putting on too much vaseline.

I think the weird reaction and bad punch resistance has to be due to Kiram cutting a ton of weight. He looked enormous in that ring. Way more than the 160 lbs. I heard he was listed at by HBO.

Matthysse KO'd some Bankock brothel doorman. It was a lackluster fight.
I am a big fan of the Argentinian but he aint the fighter he once was. he'd get
eaten alive by any top 15 welter today
