Garcia would win, and he'd win easy. Pac ain't ever winning a fight against an opponent of this level again. He MIGHT be able to beat a guy that's in the Top 10 divisional rankings say in the 8 thru 10 range, but he ain't beating no P4P candidates in his weight range ever again.

Not only is this a horrible style for Pacquiao, he's old and done at this point. Garcia is at his best when he can counter you, and Pacquiao will give him the opportunity considering his advanced age and weakening reflexes.

Garcia, and by KO at 140.
I'm beating my own dead horse, but I always feel that after almost 10 years at welter (and yes, a small welter, but a welter nevertheless) Pacquiao would be thoroughly depleted at 140.
Put the aging Filipino in with a prime Garcia, who is so technically sound and can whack pretty good, and Manny gets undressed and will look every bit his 39 years.
