Andre Ward Hints at Comeback? At Higher Weight?

I'd definitely favor Ward to beat the winner of Oquendo and Charr as I'm sure most every other Boxing fan would. So yeah he could definitely win THAT title pretty much guaranteed.

I am not so sure that Ward would win against Charr. Ward doesn't have the power to hurt Charr and in a wrestling match that 30 lbs weight difference is a big deal. There is a good chance that Charr would simply walk Ward down.

i think bryd and toney had better styles for fighting bigger men, though sogs very good and maybe he could adapt his. the divisions really weak anyway outside the top 8 or so.

He can survive 12 rounds if he keeps his head below Joshua's knees.

This is why i find the new Brat Pack of posters on this site so annoying...and no i'm not quitting the site because I've got nowhere else to go so stop it. The new Brat Pack posters here are just, sorry to say it, incredibly dumb when it comes to analyzing boxers. They are really well versed in the heavyweight division though and will constantly post about unheard of heavyweights from other countries that will remain unheard of....hence, they bore me.

Why the mini tirade? Because here's further evidence of the low intelligence that i'm referring to. Andre Ward, and I'm not even a fan really, is so much more skilled than any heavyweight out there right now that it's hilarious. The skill level at heavyweight is so low right now from where it will be in several years that any elite light heavyweight out there would have a chance against any belt holder. AJ and maybe Wilder could and should get to an elite level in terms of skill over the next 4 or 5 years but right now, even with a 20-30 pound difference, Ward would beat each of them and make them look really foolish. Skill Level difference is enormous...like two different sports.

Yup. Can u imagine Wilder throwing those looping overhand slaps without getting shoe shined every punch he tries to throw? Size is not as big a factor when I get up to the big boys. you should check out his thread where he acts like he has no idea why ppl werent picking stiverne to beat wilder in the rematch, which to him was the obvious outcome.
