i used to like fury a lot and always look forward to his fights, they were fun ones like firtha, pajkic, cunningham etc. but then he changed his style and became very negative and like wlad but without serious power. chisora 2 and wlad fights are contenders for worst fights of all time. also one thing i cant stand is endless boasting without action, and hes done lots of that for the last two years, though i will say it looks like he may finally be moving in the right direction

Two that stand out for me.

Calzaghe. Liked his style, was exciting to watch, showed loads of hints towards having the ability to be a proper world class operator. Threw away his talent with a dreadful series of fights that nobody wanted to see whilst not getting fights with loads of big names he should have fought.

Fury. Loved him to begin with - proper breath of fresh air. Rapidly became deathly dull, (his fights against Chisora second time, Klitschko and Johnson were absolutely dire from an entertainment point of view), and he's become a boring gobshite god-botherer. Also made the sport look a bit of a joke; nobody with an interest in seeing boxing do well should be finding any positives in the linear champion being an obese, drug test failing cokehead who doesn't fight for years on end.

Calzaghe for me too, talented but lack of decent fights and being dull as dishwater doesn't help.

Loved eubank snr when he fought he was different had the heart of a lion in the ring,but once his career was over felt he avoided truly big fights and never wanted to test himself against the best in the world,was more about making easy money against little known opponents,he fought the best of British at the time because he had to,but had zero interest imo against the yanks,nowadays hes still different but boring with it

It's hard for me to think of anybody that would fit into this category. As it's pretty hard for a fighter to reach a status where I'd consider myself a definite fan of there's to begin with so by the time they've earned that level of adoration from me, they've earned it for keeps a lot of the time.

Calzaghe - liked him as a fighter even though disappointed he took so long to step up, as once he did it turned out that he was good enough all along, but my dislike came from all the stories that suggest he is a proper bell end as a person. I have also heard it from friends I trust who know him personally.

McGuigan - Similar in that I enjoyed him as a fighter, although think he is hugely overrated. The Pedroza win was beating the right guy at the right time but he was all action and exciting events. But then when his career finished, he turned out also to be a real knobhead in so many ways

My new girlfriend whispered in my ear “If Nas wins, I’ll let you make love to me...” (at this point I think she had just given me blow jobs.) But he started to get too nasty, too arrogant. The fun left him. And suddenly got all pious (even though every time I saw him in clubs he was off his face.) Funnily she didn’t let me make love to her even though Nas won. I liked naz growing up in the 90’s as a kid but in the end I ended up hating him, did you see him off his head ?

povetkin i didnt care about, then i liked him, then im back not not caring as much. he was boring and blubbery and really just a steady but unspectacular workrate guy, but then he turned into a cant miss entertainng ko machine on the stuff. now were back to the first version

Eubank Senior for me as well.

Liked him and then loathed him and then went through the exact same topsy-turvy cycle all over again

He was brilliant in the first Benn fight - kept his head, kept his nerve and showed his spirit with Benn unleashing everything he had and bringing a lot of spite into the ring.

Great against Mike Watson as well, Mike almost had his number but Eubank endured and came back hard.

But then there were all those lousy nights; Chris plodding along against multiple second-tier guys and not really exerting himself or seemingly wishing to entertain even a single fan who had paid for a seat, even for a round.

Some of those defences felt cynical, very poor value for money and the only entertainment was when the opponent got feisty and Eubank was suddenly forced to scramble like hell. Ray Close take a bow

But just when I'd had my fill of Eubank for all those deeply dull, ho-hum defences he came back firing and late in the day. The fights with Calzaghe and Thompson showed that he really was a fighting man and I loved him for that Sheffield fight with Joe.

I'm not a fan of Shannon Briggs since he took doping. He received a chance for a world title, against all odds and even against a beateble opponent and what does he do? Take dope, that really felt like a kick in my balls.
