Overseas Fighters Who Did Many UK Trips
Overseas Fighters Who Did Many UK Trips
With Carson Jones fighting in the UK for the sixth (I think that's right) time, what other foreign fighters fought in the UK or Ireland 3 or more times?
And I'm not talking shite journeymen. But I'm not talking about Ali types either.
I'll start the ball rolling with Donovan Boucher, the Canadian Welterweight who had a 4-2 record spread over 4 years in the UK.

Affif Djelti visited these shores 5 or 6 times, and more often than not defeated the home fighter.

I thought Lorant Szabo fought here more than he did.
Djelti and Makambi both have five.
Matlala has 8, I think.

Juuko was Ugandan, based over here for a few years. He racked up some wins here and then was based in the States.
I'm trying to think of one of those lower weight African dudes who were over here loads, mind's gone blank.

Rakhim Mingaleyev is a name to conjure with, he must have been based here the amount of fights he had here. Same with Toncho Tonchev .
