According to BBC Sport, British Olympic boxer Muhammad Ali has been banned for two years after testing positive for a banned steroid.
The 21-year-old tested positive for anabolic steroid Trenbolone during the World Series of Boxing in Morocco in April of last year. Trenbolone, which supports muscle growth, is on the World Anti-Doping Agency's prohibited list.
Ali was provisionally suspended in October and has reached a "settlement agreement" with the International Boxing Association (AIBA), which is the governing body over amateur boxing.
It is the first time since GB Boxing was established in 2008 that one of its fighters has tested positive.
A GB Boxing spokesperson told The Guardian: “This is the first time that a member of the GB Boxing squad has tested positive for a banned substance. GB Boxing is committed to clean sport and we work in partnership with UK Anti-Doping and our International Federation to provide extensive education and support to our boxers on anti-doping rules, the anti-doping obligations upon them as athletes and the importance of adhering to the principles of clean sport.”

"Yeah, Yeah, whats that? - you want to get leaner / bigger / gain strength / fitter / faster / etc (delete as applicable) - you wanna take this then mate" - at which point you are given whatever gear he happens to have at that time.
It's just like the Fury's getting caught out taking Sus and Decca - what is going on with these people?
Have some ambition, look at AJ and follow his lead.

Muhammad Ali should have used the Furys "I ate non castrated boar" excuse

Then the Russian does no ban, or maybe has to take half a year out, while the Brit might get a couple years..jizzle wrote: ↑07 Feb 2018, 11:39Every time a Brit gets caught its 'innocent mistake/not cheating'BigDoofus wrote: ↑06 Feb 2018, 11:34 Might have drunk his Dad's drink![]()

Surely all wild boars are non-castrated?
If you get close enough to a boat to chop his bits off, he probably isn’t that wild any more.
Or maybe it’s an attempt to explain high levels of something dodgy

Let's face it, everybody is at it - to a greater or lesser extent, some get caught, some don't.
If people think athletes going on into their late 30's and early 40's at elite level is all down to training methods, then they are bloody naive.
