Carlos Takam wants to return to Britain for a future fight against Dillian Whyte
Carlos Takam has issued a challenge to Dillian Whyte as he hopes to receive another fight in Britain after his brave defeat to Anthony Joshua.
"After the fight, maybe I want to come to Britain to fight," Takam exclusively told Sky Sports. "After my fight I'm going to see what I'm going to do, maybe I'm going to make one big fight after my fight in April."
"I would like to fight Dillian Whyte, yes."
Asked about Whyte's strengths as an opponent, Takam replied: "That is a question for Dillian Whyte, not for Carlos Takam."
"Joseph Parker, the guy has speed, a lot of speed. I think his speed is faster than Joshua," said Takam.
"Joshua is strong, but Parker's speed is faster than Joshua and we're going to see what is going to happen in the fight - speed or strength."
"For me, those two are the best. I have respect for Parker, I have respect for Joshua. For me, they are two good fighters, two good boxers, two good champions."
Carlos Takam: "I want Whyte"

Competitive matchup, and the winner would be establish himself as a legitimately credible contender.

Beat Del, and for sure Takem Whyte is the fight.
Quite a few votes for Whyte on points.
I see Takem getting the KO. This would be Whytes toughest match up since AJ.
You won't see the 'survival mode' Takem you saw against AJ, if he gets a go at Whyte...

Re: Carlos Takam: "I want Whyte"
This is one of the things why I like Takam, he fights, he doesn't really care if he wins or loses and he doesn't even seem to care that much about money. He's probably the best gatekeeper in the world.
