Glowacki down vs Radchenko in pretty even fight (scorecards were all 77-74, i had it 76-75) though Radchenko, ex sparring partner of Wlad Klitschko, showed he can box better than his record shows, anyway, Glowacki came in too confident, underestimated his opponent, fought not very smart, looks like his new fiancee changed his mind, and oh my God, his new tattoo of that woman on his hand... i think we will see an old Indian on his arm instead soon

i hope it was just an accident

the whole event was very poor, out of 6 fights 2 finished in 1st round, 3 in 2nd round, Wlodarczyk is done, he showed up very poor vs this short fat guy, which lost by injury, Diablo is also more into his new wife and business than boxing i think

good undefeated LHW prospect Pawel Stepien (8-0, 7KO) fought on this event too, but he beaten african guy with literally one punch to the stomach in first round, his opponent was down on the canvas like 5-10 minutes, though this punch seem not so hard, but Stepien has really good body punching, in previous fight he stopped an undefeated Cuban guy that showed some skills with good body punch too

Glowacki is talking all the time he is aiming the title, but looks like he forgot that he actually have to train hard and concentrate on boxing, not just talk, looks like he forgot for a while that his Huck&Cunn fights are past now, while other CW fighters fight on a very high level, and train hard, round 5 if i remember vs Radchenko was very similar to round 6 vs Huck, Glowacki down then went to a exchange and almost knocked out Radchenko, have to say Radchenko's record is unimpressive but he really fought well, he has a good jab, moves okay, seems to have no stamina issues, underrated fighter, i actually think he could beat current version of Wlodarczyk

Glowacki showed terrible timing in this fight

but i hope this terrible performance motivates him and makes him think that something is wrong, we know he can fight better, if he concentrates on boxing only again i still think he can beat the likes of Vlasov, but this performance of his was actually the worst i have ever seen, even pre-Huck Glowacki was far better than this

i like trainer Lapin, but Glowacki feels too comfortable in Warsaw gym around friends, and being a star of this group, he should move to UK or USA, far off his non-boxing related problems and train hard

Glowacki's opponent was a good amateur, had over 250 fights, won 210, rest of the opponets of Polish fighters on this event were just bums

http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/718305 - this young guy fought there too, seems promising
http://boxrec.com/en/boxer/740621 - he, except of Sulecki, imo is the best Polish prospect at the moment

Would like to see Glowacki vs Lebedev who looked totally shot in his last fight after beating he bravely took in the fight against Gassiev. I can't understand how people thought it was even fight - Gassiev wasn't as good as he is now, but he still beat Lebedev clearly and mercilessly. I scored that fight 116-111 for Murat.

i was not a big fan of Briedis talent, but if Usyk and Gassiev move to CW i think he could be dominant in CW, Glowacki and Lebedev and even Dorticos i think probably lose clearly to him

I agree. Glowacki and Dorticos are limited and Lebedev is shot.

They need to put together a Wlodarczyk vs Adamek fight.
Should have happened when Adamek was a cruiser many years ago but since they're still fighting do it at heavyweight.

Wlodarczyk is more shot than Adamek, he looked terrible vs this short fat guy Gadajew that quitted after 2 rounds, saying he's injured

more likely we will see Wlodarczyk vs Szpilka because they have some personal things between them, but Wlodarczyk after his last fight said this will happen in 2019

Glowacki and Lebedev are pretty similar. Like a hybrid type fighter, slow, plodding brawler attributes behind a well schooled boxer puncher background. Good fighters but an odd combination there, which is somewhat limiting and one dimensional. Even in prime it took Lebedev too long to KO shot RJJ and likewise Glowacki should've had an easier time with and probably should've stopped an ancient Cunningham. As mentioned, those moments when Glowacki gets dropped in fights he fights more out of desperation and in turn hurts his opponent, otherwise he goes back to that same slow pace style with no variation or creativity, just waiting for openings, which is self limiting.

You had quite wide score.

Going by punch stats Lebedev clearly out landed Gassiev in 4 rounds. Another 3 rounds they were only one punch apart. You would need to give all the close rounds to Gassiev to get that 1116-111 score. In my opinion the fight was closer to 114-113 then 116-111. I know that the punch stats are not good way to analyse boxing matches but in this case they pretty much reflect what I saw happening in the actual fight.

Well what is important is that the right man won. Which is kind of surprising since the match was relatively close. Was held in Moscow and Lebedev was the defending champion against the muslim challenger from North Ossetia-Alania. Nice change from the usual Vegas decisions in boxing.

I don't think that Gassiev is muslim, but still, he is not ethnic Russian, plus the promotion in Moscow was handled by Lebedev's friend/promoter Ryabinsky. I haven't seen such outrageous hometown scoring in Russia like in Germany, UK, US.
