Scottish Boxing Prospect???

Post by Taansend »

Who is the Scottish lad who was a top notch amateur who turned pro about a year or so ago.

I think he's at Supermiddle but I could be well wrong on that.

Cheers

Think he fights this Friday on Dave doesn't he? We also have Lee McGregor coming through who's fighting soon on the Taylor v Soto undercard.

Not sure whether Hutchinson will settle at super-mid or light-heavy but he is a promising talent for sure.

Some folk have poked fun at Haye for dealing with the Dave channel but I don't see why. A lot of households that don't subscribe to Sky Sports or BT Sport do have Dave in their cable/Freeview package and the more popular channels covering boxing the better imv. I will certainly be watching on Friday and look fwd to seeing Hutchinson, Joyce and Kiwitt-Mucha

Yeah pity about O'Donnell but Kiwitt is a more than adequate sub to face Mucha I reckon. The Dave card plus British Lionhearts v Croatian Knights on BN who also have the Beltran-Moses card later in the night. Bit of a clash between the British shows but the old TIVO box will take care of that. When there's a Friday night in like that to look fwd to, who needs a social life

People poke fun at him because they don’t like him. Multi millionaire ex-World champion, and a proper world champion at that, not a vacant belt or paper title in sight during his cruiser career.
In his early days he was a throwback fighter who wanted to test himself. Then he moved to heavyweight and realised how much money can be made and started his retirement run early!
Guess that bit of the career annoyed people! That and the injuries

Hutchinson looks outstanding

Lee McAlister. From Aberdeen. Lost a European title fight against Shafikov and pulled out through injury. Was stopped by John Murray as well despite having some success early on. Retired through injury and had some legal trouble for assault etc... He was trying his hand at promoting I think but not sure what he's up to nowadays.

These days, the pig would probably get a job as a Sky Sports football pundit :witzend:

And the hare would confess to the tabloids that he has an amphetamine problem.

Which would lead to a reality tv show.
