Thanks ! Why don't you (Brits and Americans) accept the decimal system ? It is much more logical...............
I am neither Brit nor American. I work with either pounds or kilograms. Mostly pounds, though.
1KG = 2.2 pounds.
I learned (so long ago) to use feet and pounds because of boxing......So, Tyson Fury is already in shape, I expect him to face some real names.
Siablo, excuse me, I don't care for ethnicities or nationalities, I am here, on this forum, more than two years, and I know that Candyslim is a Brit, Best Coast and Tanzio are Americans, and that is all I know about.............
No worries, man. I am a Jamaican who is heavily influenced by American culture.

Nope. The last was Glen Johnson and he was based in Florida but he still had his Jamaican accent.
The second ever unified and undisputed Cruiserweight was Oneil Bell and he was a Jamaican.

Those are last truly Jamaicans who readily comes to my mind.

My opinion about Fury's (fit/healthy) chance against above mentioned fighters :
Fury vs. Joshua 50/50
Fury vs. Wilder 65/35
Fury vs. Parker 80/20

There is, of course, a big difference between getting the weight off, and getting in shape for 12 hard rounds.

He needs a couple easier fights first

Keep hope though because boxing popularity is on the rise a bit here. We have a yearly boxing contest but that's the welterweight division. I know Lennox Lewis has a annual camp for boxers here too. So maybe with this renew interest, they may find a diamond in the rough soon.

Anyone's opinion is fine, but another's opinion is equally fine and no less accurate. Fury is a sad excuse for a human being, much like Mike Tyson. Both have proved that time and time again, with either their acts or foul mouths.

That all said, Fury has done nothing since his (and Wlad's) horrible performance 2 years ago. Fury did what he had to win, but it was sad to watch. Since then he has done nothing other than embarrass himself and his country. If you need examples, you are not very intelligent or do not follow boxing at all. He will continue to be nothing other than a piece of shitt until he proves otherwise. I do, however, look forward to the day where he can compete competitively in the heavyweight scene.

Right now Fury does not stand a chance against any top 10 heavy, until he proves us wrong.

I realize that. Another reason is that Jamaicans are usually running to leave the island for greener pastures abroad.

1 stone = 14 pounds

I thought the Brits do use metrics. There is only one single highway in the USA that is marked in metrics.

Are there any current photos of Fury without a shirt?

It's possible that he could get his shitt together long enough to beat Parker - but I'd have to see it to believe it... Beating Wilder at this point is unlikely... Beating Joshua just isn't going to happen... AJ not only knocked Wladimir down 3 times -- he kept the pressure on him and battered him out in the 11th round -- after never going a full 7 rounds before.

It's like asking Louis to beat Marciano after he got fat, sick, old, emotionally unbalanced, and his chin went south.

In the above photo Fury looks fat as Hell... He's a million miles from the condition he needs to be in.

Not sure I believe Fury when he says he is 18st 10lb, that is about the weight he was when he fought Chisora a few years ago and he looked a lot similar then, compared to know. I would say he is still around 20 stone (280 pounds).

The Tyson Fury we saw fight Klitschko would most likely beat Wilder and Parker, and I'd make him a slight favourite vs AJ also.
Saying that, I don't think we will see Fury at his best again.

I don't know about that but you can certainly imagine that scenario if Tyson was in the shape he was when he beat Klitschko, and there aren't too many people you could say that about. That's what makes him so interesting.

Wlad looked awful that night but that wasn't a coincidence. It was a perfect storm. Wlad, unbeaten in so long, was probably a little jaded and complacent, certainly not in the mental and physical shape he was for Joshua. Then by his own admission Wlad is not a natural boxer, he is largely manufactured. He was taught how to make the most of his height, reach and mobility, using his excellent jab, punching power, and swaying back out of range of shorter men when defending.

These advantages were totally ineffectual against a man 3" taller, with longer reach, and even more mobility, allied to natural awkwardness and unpredictability. Klitschko didn't know to cope wth him, couldn't set himself to throw punches against such an elusive target, and frequently got punished when he did. That's why Wlad threw so few punches and looked so demoralized. I think Klitschko on his best night beats Joshua (as of now), totally picks apart and destroys Wilder, but he'd always have trouble with (that) Fury.

Many people regard him as an arsehole and an embarrassment and I totally get that, but a Fury at the top of his game is a force to be reckoned with, and my favourite division can use more like that not fewer. Getting back to what he was is a very big ask, but he could hardly have made a better start so I remain hopeful.

Last thing - Valmar. I think your percentages are exactly how I see, it based on Tyson F at his best.
