What happened to Michael Watson when he fought Chris Eubank about 11 years ago?

He lapsed into a coma after the fight, and is now confined to a wheelchair

Actually, this month he completed the London Marathon. No kidding. Read his BoxRec bio. (I added some material based upon an IBRO email we members received a week back.)

he was in a wheel chair. once he could not speak or walk either.

a few days ago he completed the london marathon, all 25 miles, on his FEET. he can walk talk, and train.

he talks good, still a funny guy.

an incredible man.
