Chief support's the European 160lbs title, Sebastian Slyvester is defending. Not the most stellar of undercards, for me the interesting one is unbeaten Olympic champ Povetkin taking on Friday "The 13th" Ahunanya, which is quite a step up for the Russian. The problem is, all of these bouts will turn up on Eurosport in a month or so's time anyway !

ARD will not show that much from the card, so you will get more fights on the PPV, and Im pretty certain its also the only place you will get to see Andy Lee's fight. The PPV will start at least 1½ hour before ARD.

What's wrong wth paying for this? It's a good HW matchup, best in a long while.

I'll check the telewest menu as they show Sentanta PPVs even though I don't suscribe to them.

I might get this one.

at least some ppl are making an effort, giving us the choice, but the fact is few of us want to pay More considering the shi'te value. also, the 1st fight was a mismatch. but i'm normally bored on a sat eve so i'll probably buy it

Happy to pay a tenner for this. Let's face it, ten quid is virtually free.

Decent match-up with a few variables. I'll be at home watching it!!

I noticed that Andy Lee is on the bill as well, fighting an unbeaten fighter from Germany. Just thought this is a bit of a risk.

The lad he's fighting Burhan Aykut is unbeaten in 3, but not beat anyone of note yet, also he's not a puncher by the look of it.
But some of the scoring in Germany can be a little suspect sometimes, so if this goes to points it could get interesting

Or indeed what substance Byrd will say was on Wlads gloves; or how vaseline rubbed into the legs robbed Klit of his stamina. :-? :o

I understand that Byrd will bring his own food and do his own cooking to avoid being poisoned before the fight...

the funniest one i ever heard was for jm marquez v chris john, that marquez was led through a jungle on the way to the venue where he caught a fever which weakened him badly

It might be double KO. The vaseline will weaken Wlad's legs and he will simply drop to the canvas, whilst at the same time, the vaseline will also have gotten into Byrd's eyes, and he will trip over the prostrate Wlad and knock himself out on the turnbuckle.
