Attraction is still there. Not as big as 4 years ago. Both losing didn't really help.

They want it in Manchester. Old Trafford was being talked about. But right now it's not a stadium fight. At the time it gets made, there will be lots of promotion and get made to feel big again.

about 5 years too late and 10 lbs too heavy - a sort of British Floyd vs PacMan.

Will still be a decent fight and an "event"

I never saw Brook/Khan as a real stadium fight at its peak 3 or 4 years ago tbh, MEN would've been about right back then and I think even now they'd sell it out. If they don't do it this year they may as well forget about it because they are both very shop-worn and one bad defeat away from retirement, the fight loses its attraction with every year that goes by.

Joke of a fight and the reaction after it by Brook & his team was bizarre. They beat an absolute donkey ffs.

Sub-standard opponent just to get the wheels turning OK, but lets not lose the run of yourself ffs.

Even if Rabchenko was just planted in by Hearn to make Brook look good or give him a confidence booster.. (I thought he could have fought on tbh).. Brook should have boxed for longer. We didn't get any answers as to how he will fair at 154 or against a decent 154 fighter.

Is the attraction still there? It's a battle of losers now. Khan starched by Canelo and Brook done by Trip G and Spence.

One thing I think we can say though is that Spence was just better than Brook. I saw some people saying Spence beat Brook because of the Golovkin effect on Brook but Brook looked pretty good and standard Brook last night. Rabchenko is limited but nobody has done that to him. That was one of Brooks best performances on paper.

They'll sell the fight..

Which performance are you referring to?

Brook has fought 3 top fighters. Porter, GGG and Spence. Apart from that, he's fought British, Euro level and fringe contenders.

To make 147, Spence cut just as much weight as Brook did. Going up to middleweight to fight GGG was just greed and it nearly damaged him. The Porter fight, some dispute. Who's his next step up going to be?

honestly its retarded ppl talk like the porter was questionable , porter didnt land a clean shot all night and his mauling was well ineffective. he was basically just throwing himself into clinches and then flailing around

brook landed more and better throughout, clear as day win, dont see any basisnot to score it for brook. a fight like khan-algieri was more competitive imo

I'm saying the Rabchenko win is one of the best.

It will sell because people dislike Khan and will want to see him embarrassed on home soil.

Beforehand it would have sold with that story but more importantly as two of the best in the world. There was talk of Mayweather and Pacquiao avoiding Khan and Brook. I know it seems ridiculous now but there were some who would have thought that the winner could challenge those guys and possibly win. Now it's just a fight where people want to see Khan knocked out.
