'Someone in America' doesn't equal everyone you absolute mess.
'Most' people in America have never heard of Fury and those who watched the fight with Wlad are now probably utterly committed MMA fans.
"Absolute mess"? Because I pointed out the bible of boxings front page? Ok... I think you'll find Fury is MUCH the bigger name over there. You clueless f ucking idiot.
Chaps, neither one is known over here. Trust me, I interact with a lot of people & boxing isn't popular & people don't know who Fury & Joshua are.
At a guess I would say that 0.00001% of Americans have heard of Fury while 0.00002% have heard of Joshua as his fights are live on Showtime on a Saturday afternoon.
But neither one could sell a fight here at present.
ENGLAND...
Better for UK undercard fighters and the fans (we wud fill Wembley 90k no problem)
Need a big twitter link to force Eddie on this.
Times Hav changed. UK top destination for boxing.
Gate receipts far bigger, but need to somehow satisfy US TV and make sure site fees and sponsorship matches the casino or state support.

Eddie said gate receipts are roughly the same for T-Mobile and Wembley. Maybe he was looking at a real super fight like GGG-Canelo, though.

Well in that case the fight is going to Vegas because wont the casino's and hotel's also put up money for the fight?

He's not well known in the US though is he? And what does he have to do with where Joshua Wilder takes place? I've never said anything about Joshua being well known or popular in America either because he palpably isn't. What point are you trying to make?
the ring is not a mainstream publication in the us, its for hardcore fans and these days most probably just look on the internet
fury would be almost totally unrecognized in the us, and ppl who do know him , the hardcore fans, know he hasnt fought in going on 3 years, while in the same time aj and wilder have loads of wins
the ring is way less relevant as a publication these days anyway and fury aint even there champ no more
Over here, Cardiff or Wembley. Fury has to prove himself again IMO. He is still a big name but he has to beat another big name, to put himself back in the mix. I cant see him coming back at the top, he needs two or three good wins to show he does deserve a crack at the belts.

Joshua is the A-side and the AA-side.
I like Wilder but the American heavyweight scene is nothing like the renaissance period of the 70's to 90's.
It wasn't so great when Ali was fighting guys like Alfredo Evangelista, Mac Foster, and Joe Bugner... Terrible!!!
Dont mind the fact he fought Foreman, Frazier, Norton, Shavers, and Lyle then. Dont denigrate his era to hype up Joshuas. You know the worst of the modern era.

They surely won’t do 3 UK fights in a row for Joshua in Cardiff. My guess is, assuming AJ beats Parker, they’ll do it at Wembley in the summer.
Wouldn't be surprised if Hearn tries to draw the Wilder fight right out and milk the cash cow til it's nearly dry before agreeing to Wilder. Fingers crossed it happens next though. Absolutely no reason for it not to happen next.
The only reason will be either AJ needs to do a mandatory to retain the belts, or Wilder becomes impossible to deal with.

Yeah but fornicate mandatories! The governing bodies stand to make more from a big unification with plenty money in the pot to be spread around so if they stick to their 'principles' then they're cutting their nose off to spite their face and that isn't gonna happen because all these organisations are financially driven.
Wilder deserves a proper pay day. Hearn and AJ should calm their jets with the greed and make the fight happen. If they want him over here then pay the man accordingly.

In your opinion?
90k at Wembley?
80k in Cardiff under the safety of a roof?
20k in Vegas?
Madison Square Garden?
Personally I think they should have it in Gainesville which has a stadium that holds 90k & is only a 2 hour drive from Orlando so loads of British could come over.
Isn't there a football stadium in Texas that holds 100,000 people? Is it the Cowboys stadium?

Not that it'll be there, obviously.
Yes but I want it closer to me although I can fly to Dallas or Houston for about $100

It would never happen in Texas.
But I would love for it to be at Cowboys stadium. It's only 200 miles from the house and my wife's aunt lives about 10 miles from it.
A tank of gas and free room and board.
It would be perfect
