jofre has to be number 1, rose is way too high (especially when you leave out carruthers and fenech, both of who would of taken rose to school), ........actually, it really is all over the place, larios and rose in your top 6 is comical

my top 10 would be (bantam/junior feather combined):

1- Jofre
2- McGovern
3- Gomez
4- Ortiz
5- Panama Al
6- Harada
7- Zarate
8- Olivares
9- Canizales
10- Fenech

yeh but the quote you made Mr Les Darcy was that Hamed was a featherweight not a bantamweight or a superbantamweight and all im doing is just stateing that he was a bantamweight and a superbantam and won two titles in those divisions they may not of been major but there still titles to show he fought in those weights

my quote was a response to someone saying that naz should be included in a top 15 bantamweight list of all-time, so unless your point is that his wbc regional belt and his european crown at those weights entitles him to a spot among the bantamweight greats, then you're just arguing petty semantics

Head like a robber's dog but durable as hell. He was bantam titleholder a full 10 years after Fenech pummeled him around the ring for 10 rounds :o

It was in no particular order. I would not include Terry McGovern or George Dixon in my top 15 because they fought in the 1900's. And not to mention they fought at featherweight, so they aren't known for their bantamweight success. The 14 guys I have on my list all had great careers as bantamweights and peaked at that weight.

I think you'd better check yer facts there. Both men, especially Dixon, had quite a bit of success at the weight.
