Peralta's loss to Mina is record as a LKO8 however the below newspaper article says it was stopped due to a cut (last paragraph). Can a reference to a cut be made please?
Also out of interest his loss to Pastrono is recorded as TKO5 on boxrec but the below newspaper says under Louisiana Commission rules the official decision was TKO6?

Regarding Peralta's loss to Mina, I don't think an AP wire some 4 years after the fight is the best of sources. They were probably reporting what they were told by Peralta's management.
Regarding the Pastrano fight: for the sake of consistency, Boxrec lists all between rounds stoppages as RTD at the end of the round.

Ok thanks, makes sense. Yes re Mina loss I couldn't find another fight report, the only other reference to the fight is already on boxrec and that says Peralta was down three times but there is no source to that info.wouter wrote: ↑11 Mar 2018, 09:16 Regarding Peralta's loss to Mina, I don't think an AP wire some 4 years after the fight is the best of sources.
