Is Quigg vs Valdez still on? Wondering why it's not listed as an upcoming bout on either Oscar or Scott's record

The list will probably be updated in an hour or two from now, for the Nery fight as well as for the two fights from yesterday... :TU:

Yes, I'm sure JCS will include that one, for McDonnell's WBA bantamweight title, but the fight is only end of May.

How comes Whyte vs Browne and Povetkin vs Price aren't scheduled?

Whyte/Browne is borderline. Povetkin/Price isn't.

Then these fights still should be listed right?

No...

Borderline = 50/50. Isn't (in this case) = NO

Loma vs Linares obviously qualifies

One that's probably on the fence is Degale vs Truax 2

It normally wouldn't mean much, but considering it's the rematch to last years Upset of the Year it's definitely gonna have more eyes on it than the 1st match I'd imagine.

In my opinion Browne vs Whyte match would have been good one. There will be lots of people watching and it is close to 50/50 match.

57/43 in British and Irish poll. I guess there are quite few Whyte fans there...

ya browne vs whyte would have a decent split i think, matches like that are good to sort ppl out more., far more id think then crawford-horn, inoue-mcdonnell, loma-linares id think.

Of course, but this game isn't about sorting people out...

well from a competitive perspective isnt the point to get as many fights right, so you get as many points as you can, so you ultimately finish higher then other ppl?

not that browne vs whyte is absolutely cant miss, but it is 2 hw contenders in a well matched fight, so i can see why some ppl mentioned it and want it in

And Ken Shiro vs. Ganigan López has been moved to May-25, onto the Inoue vs. McDonnell undercard. That means, JCS, that all three fights that you had on schedule for Apr-14 have been moved...

And July-8, Matthysse will defend his welterweight title against Manny Pacquiao. Although the press conference where the fight will be officially announced is only on April 11... :TU:

I don't think that is competitive at all.

Broner v Vargas is though and bookmakers odds back that up.

Competitiveness is a distant third to rankings and name value. It typically influences the bonus, more than anything else.

However, Broner/Vargas probably makes the cut.

Pacquiao-Matthysse has been moved to Jul-15 in Malaysia (Jul-14 US time).
Horn-Crawford is on Jun-9 etc. Two great welterweight title fights! It's a shame Golovkin-Álvarez II probably is off for May-5... :TU:
