Maybe he is signing with Hearn after all. The old Hearn trick of announcing an announcement

If it's June 2nd in Manchester then Clark-Barrett 2 is on the undercard so that ties in with Team Clark being confident on this thread.

I’m surprised that it looks like he’ll be signing with W@rren. Unless it’s on a fight by fight basis I can’t unserstand it given how much easier it’d be to get big fights if he signed with Eddie.
Re: Tyson Fury vs. TBA - April 2018
Oops we have announced his announcement then ha. It's either the 2nd or the 9th of June.

Cool - lets start off slowly slowly, you know by having one fight before talking about the next one!

Re: Tyson Fury vs. TBA - April 2018
Frank says in his last video a big announcement soon, then on Fury says he's pretty sure he's already agreed contract. It's fairly obvious for me that they are just waiting for something to pass with regards to Fury's old contract. His comeback in June with Flanagan vs Hooker co main even with Clark vs Barrett 2.
I bet Eddie is dying for the date to be realised tho so he can plan a show. Maybe I'm too bitter but that's 100% what I'd do if someone went with my rival.

Terry Flanagan vs. Maurice Hooker -WBO Super-Lightweight Title
Jack Catterall vs. TBA
Tyson Fury vs. TBA
Zelfa Barrett vs. Ronnie Clark 2
That would be a nice show from the M.E.N Arena on BT Sport if it were to get made...

Re: Tyson Fury vs. TBA - April 2018
3 low level opponents?
Who can be bothered with that?
If Eddie dosent think he can stump the money Tyson wants for 3 fights no one wants to see. What's Fwank going to do with a guy who pulls snoozer fights at the top level, fighting 3 low level guys and wanting top dollar to do it?

Frank will have to take a loss and hope that he makes it back in later fights.KiwiRider wrote: ↑21 Mar 2018, 05:11 3 low level opponents?

There's an odd school of thought that Tyson's absence has made him popular. He was never a big seller before so god knows what people will think of him against complete nobodies.Rob3_142 wrote: ↑21 Mar 2018, 11:13Frank will have to take a loss and hope that he makes it back in later fights.KiwiRider wrote: ↑21 Mar 2018, 05:11 3 low level opponents?

His popularity has grown since his self inflicted absence began. Why because he is a social media genius. He knows how to keep himself in the press and in the minds of people.dirk2686 wrote: ↑21 Mar 2018, 12:00There's an odd school of thought that Tyson's absence has made him popular. Every post you see about AJ on social media, almost half the responses are from fury fans slagging so called casuals.
I bet his come back fight sells out even if it is against a lowly opponent like Arnold gjerjgag at the MEN. Why because it will be the return of the self proclaimed gypsy king, the rightful heavyweight champion(never mention his failure to defend) and all time Great. The fans will lap up his bullshit before he sends them all to sleep, throwing the jab with his twitch moments before and the odd Ali shuffle.
Re: Tyson Fury vs. TBA - April 2018
I don't disagree that his comeback will generate a lot of interest. But unless he's actually entertaining in the ring interest will quickly vanish.

While Fury has been away hes become a joke figure in my opinion. Take a look at his Twitter page, almost ever reply was people taking the piss. I even scroll through his Tweets now and cant be arsed listening to what he says. I should take him off my account but just waiting for his announcement on his next fight, then Ill remove him.
I dont think he had a great following prior to his HW title win either. But to say his popularity has increased I find that hard to believe.

Whilst i agree it is a borefest listening to him. It has definitely grown since his absence.Mimmy wrote: ↑21 Mar 2018, 13:40His popularity has grown? It is noticeable on boxing pages. He is suddenly a Floyd Mayweather defensive genius with the power of AJ according to his following. I reckon he could easily sell the MeN for a return.
