Serrat wasn't really a local, the fight took place in Normandy near the mouth of the Seine, Serrat is fron the south of France and, according to the commentry on British Eurosport, Roberge is from Rouen in Brittany.

The fight was for the French Cruiserweight Championship, and should be so labelled.
