I doubt his popularity has gone up or down really tbh. I just want to see him back in the ring; heavyweight boxing is much better with Tyson in the mix, like him or not.

Doesn't necessarily transfer into ticket sales tho. He just needs to get in the ring and start his career again. Everyone wants to see that.

I wonder why it's taking so long for him to name anybody. I mean he seems to be in fairly good shape now. If he makes an announcement now then I assume the fight will not be for at least another month anyway.

Think he needs to end ties with a past promoter who feel there is a claim there. That's my guess anyway.

Oh I see, well it'll start getting hard to motivate himself for no fight on the horizon. Didn't he spout some 'big exciting announcement' recently? They all do that now instead of actually doing the announcements

Still 11 weeks away. If they've known for a while that 9th June is the return date then there's no excuses for being unable to bring in a credible opponent.

Calm down, calm down!

They want to maintain the excitement of Tyson's ring return as long as possible, because after they announce the opponent, that excitement will wane.

What a massive surprise.

Like Joshua was gonna go; "Naaah, mate. Hearn's rubbish. Sign with Frank."

Doesn't matter what happens. If Fury wants the Joshua fight it's happening on Joshua's terms and almost without question on Sky. Simply when it comes to generating money they are light years apart.

wouldn't you say BT are light years ahead of Sky in terms of money for sport?
If BT want this fight they have the ability to pay for the fight, should they wish to do so...
