Prime's, Holmes vs Louis?

Post by Rocky Balboa »

As far as fantasy match-ups go, IMO, this would have been right up there with the very best of them.

Both were such great fighters, achieved a great deal in the ring, and most definitely left a great and lasting effect on the HW division. Both fighters' will never be forgotten, that's for sure

Squaring-off against each, @ their best, would be something! I believe Holmes would have prevailed by UD.

What are your thoughts? :box:

im also gonna go with holmes UD win i like what 'BrocktonBlockbuster49' said about holmes punching technique and ive recently watched videos of holmes and i think that would help him in the fight altho louis had power in both fists also but i stick by my decision

I also like Holmes. I think his jab would have made the difference. He could have held Louis off with it. Of course, one should never underestimate the Brown Bomber.

Louis KO 10

Louis was more versatile than Norton and a much better finisher than Weaver or Snipes.

Louis's stiff double jab could offset the dominance of Holmes's jab-then it would be the battle of counter punchers and no doubt Louis was the better there

Yep Louis is a few steps up the competition ladder from Norton.
