when parker doesnt have his abc belt ppl will start ranking more like he is....lower top 10, if that.

Boxrec's computerized rankings take a snapshot of every fighter, scan them in, and chart 150 points on the body to gauge whether they look like Homer Simpson, and take that into account when adjusting ratings. Unfortunately, the weighting on this particular variable isn't turned-up high enough.

THE COMPUTERIZED RANKINGS DON'T ACCOUNT FOR A FIGHTER'S APPEARANCE, YOU DOLT!

I don't think White is all of that. But I rate Parker lower top 10 as well.
Neither are elite heavyweights. I guess it just shows how crappy the division is

Parker would have put Browne out just like Whyte did.
He was going to do that before the AJ fight got made.
Little point in that now though

He shouldn't be. Parker beat the better fighters, and he didn't clearly lose to Chisora. Parker's only two *losses*, Ruiz Jr. and Fury, were pretty tight fights. I thought he lost to Ruiz Jr., but I've seen people score it for Parker, same with the Fury fight.

I've not seen many that think Whyte beat Chisora.

Very true. Funny as well because Parker probably wouldn't have gotten the credit that Whyte did if he was the one to put fat Browne to sleep.

I thought Whyte vs Chisora was pretty well even, but I can see Whyte getting it. I didn't think anybody was a clear winner there.

Parker beat Ruiz Jr. fight was basically even, but you gotta take the title and Andy Ruiz didn't do that.

I never care if a guy that performs the way Hughie did gets a decision or not.

And Wilder got outboxed by C- Szpilka and fat, old Ortiz, yet people still think this guy has a chance against AJ. Whyte got buzzed multiple times against Chisora who goes on to lose to Kabayel.

I have serious doubts Whyte would beat Ruiz Jr. or Fury.

id favour whyte against hughie and ruiz, funny how most of them getting rated comes purely from the parker fights, hmmm, maybe that says more about parker

to not even budge cojanu is hilarious, the dudes been down vs absolute bums and was brutally ktfo by don dennis

Wasn't Parker vs Ruiz for the vacant belt?
If so then Parker didn't take the title either.

I don't recall if it was or not.

It was a close fight, where I didn't think anybody had a clear advantage. Parker was actually in shape and prepared for an athletic contest so if he got all the close rounds I'd say he deserved 'em for the fact that he took the time to get into shape.

Dude Parker won every single round against Cojanu lol . He played with him .

Sometimes the knockouts don’t happen like Wilder vs Stiverne 1 which Wilder blasted him away in 1 rd in rematch.
