To be honest, I can enjoy watching "boring" top level fight, but only at HW, and I enjoyed two days ago.
What do you think ? Which fight has been more boring ?
Klitschko-Fury or Joshua-Parker, more boring fight ?

Re: Klitschko-Fury or Joshua-Parker, more boring fight ?
Joshua v Parker was a hundred times more interesting than the Klitschko's v Fury square ringed miming session.
Klitschko seemed paralysed, distracted, and looked as if he wanted to be elsewhere. Was his mind elsewhere? Was he psyched out by Fury's antics? Was he clueless against Fury's tactics and elusiveness? What prep had he been doing in order to put on that shambles of a performance?
Only Wladimir Klitschko can answer that? Or perhaps it was all subconscious, and even he doesn't know? Maybe Fury reminded him of his dad....

Klitschko vs Fury was WAY more boring.
Joshua vs Parker was a real solid fight by comparison.

X2.
I'm fact I would call Joshua vs Parker a great fight in comparison.
Fury vs Klitschko was a clear win for Fury but it did nothing for his popularity. If anything it hurt him. I watched it twice because I couldn't believe it was as bad as I remembered.
I was wrong.... It was worse

How the hell could you have watched that again?tiny_acres wrote: ↑02 Apr 2018, 11:42X2.

I watched it Live as it happened, and would never punish myself again by sitting through even a round of it a 2nd time
Re: Klitschko-Fury or Joshua-Parker, more boring fight ?
Wlad had multiple boring fights. AJ has been boring once, and the referee is largely to blame for f*cking up the fight with Parker. There were a few times that they looked to be getting into some good exchanges and the referee for no apparent reason stepped in between them and started talking to them. It was absolutely ridiculous.
Also Fury is infinitely more boring than AJ.

Every tall HW with a good reach, using the "jab control" as the main weapon is not attractive for the casual fans, and they usually call him a "boring fighter".gilgamesh wrote: ↑02 Apr 2018, 11:49Wlad had multiple boring fights. It is off topic, but I don't intend to open a new thread, so, it seems to me that Parker used to be half-open during the all 12 rounds, his hands were rather low. Maybe the trap ? I mean about counter punching.............
