LMAO! Well then...I won't bother to watch! I wanted Parker to win...I rooted for him to win...he lost...plain and simple.

He's definately more known. It was good exposure. He was heavily hyped all over Sky Sports..moogie101 wrote: ↑03 Apr 2018, 17:25 Has Parker really got that sort of British following or is he kidding himself.?The crowd were there to see AJ kick his ass, the fact that it wasn't a great performance with both men looking not to lose rather than fighting to win hardly endears him to the British market either for future appearances.
Can't see a rematch with AJ any time soon so why would Hearn want Parker on the undercard of an AJ fight unless its hoping he'd lose to Whyte? But surely he & Povetkin are looking for a title fight next so can't really se where Parker would fit.

The fight was a major disappointment. I've heard casuals talking about it today and the overall impression is that they were disappointed by the fight. Parker never went for it when he needed to. People want to be entertained.Ruthless-RKO wrote: ↑03 Apr 2018, 17:38He's definately more known. It was good exposure. Joshua probably has one more chance left. If he stinks it out again he will have to leave stadiums unless its against Wilder.

Interesting perspective. A bit harsh, but interesting. the Ref stole any excitement that might have been offered.TheLeprechaun wrote: ↑03 Apr 2018, 17:41The fight was a major disappointment. Is Ortiz still with Matchroom? How about that as a fight against Parker?
