About half of the fighters on the original list have turned 21 in the 9+ months since I first started this thread. So I've added about 10 new guys and took out those who no longer fit this age bracket, including Daniel Dubois, Jaron Ennis, Teofimo Lopez and numerous other top prospects who are no longer age 20 or under.

This is by no means complete and comprehensive, so if you know of any fast-rising young fighters who are 20 years of younger, feel free to let me know and I'll add them to the list. If they dont have impressive amateur credentials they should at least be fighting quality competition relative to their age and experience level.
