Povetkin is the biggest threat for AJ.

Joshua by brutal KO. Povetkin is tailor made for uppercuts, and right uppercut is Joshua's best punch.

Joshua would crush Povetkin and especially this version. Guy is ageing fast. If price can land on him AJ will bomb him out.

povetkin never plays backfoot survivor, hes a frontfoot agressor to the core and will be far more there to get hit

ppl underestimate how hard it can be to shine vs a negative saftey focused opponent, which parker himself knows.

its now been 2 of these in a row for aj, they should put him in with a more aggresive fighter like povetkin and i think hed shine again

Neither looked impressive IMO. But Pov was against much weaker opposition. I think age is catching him. Joshua should win.

I'd back the Povetkin of 3-4 years ago. Now, I'm not so sure.

He's 38, will be 39 in September, that age difference plus giving away 6-7" in reach, 4" in height and 15-20lbs in weight is quite a lot to overcome.

Price had Povetkin in serious trouble. AJ knocks Povetkin out with little fuss.

Not sure who wins but for sure they don't want the risk as far as AJ is concerned. I think that is the reason big pricy was in with him and now they are touting whyte they hope someone takes him out.

Exactly, he put it on the line against Wlad and with some competent refereeing he might have been given the chance to rough Wlad up on the inside and wear him down.

Josh would have beaten any version of Povetkin but this iteration is getting his arse handed to him, badly.

I think Povetkin's ship has sailed he is 38 now, looked old against Price IMO. It will go a few rounds, but I think Joshua will jab him all night long and eventually stop him.

Even Wlad hurt Povetkin badly with uppercuts, and in the last 15 years of Wlad career I can remember only 3 times he used this punch in his arsenal - 1st Thompson fight, rematch with Peter and AJ fight (the end of the fifth round). He landed 1 uppercut against each of them, but he landed 5 or 7 uppercuts against Povetkin. Uppercut was by far the least-developed punch in Wlad's arsenal, and AJ's uppercut is very, very good. AJ will be landing jabs from the start, and when Povetkin will try to shorten the ddistance, he will get hit by Joshua's uppercuts. Of course, AJ has to be aware of Povetkin's left hook - his best punch, but if he doesnt fight reckless (like he did against Whyte) I expect him to KO Povetkin in 5-7 rounds.

Povetkin on the slide IMO.

A clean- Povetkin at this time should provide AJ with another good name on the record.

I’m a fan of Povetkin. But without the speed or power he once possessed he doesn’t have the physical size to compete with AJ.

It really wouldn't surprise me if Povetkin somehow regains his speed and power.
Through some mysterious miracle
You know those miracles that turn into failed tests that he obviously could not have done
