NOTICE: THERE MIGHT BE A PROBLEM

Post by Fist of Legend »

not sure whats happening with my software but the game seems to be glitching out, when I loaded up the game it seems to have added fighters to the heavyweight ranks that don't belong there and also seems to be deleting fighters aswell, Peter Jackson just disappeared..

this only seems to be happening in the heavyweight division and I have no idea why? I won't be able to run any fights for heavyweight until I can find a solution.

That sucks! Is the only issue the disappearing/added fighters in the division? If that is the only holdup, I could replace Jackson, if he is the only issue. Already have somebody in mind. If it's more than that, I'll try to find a solution online. Maybe somebody else has the same issues. We are using Title Bout?

I think reinstalling would probably solve all issues. It get's glitchy when it attempt to hold too much history as I recall.

Although disk error and/or virus probably can't be ruled out based on what your describing.

Just put it in an entirely different drive, or very separated sub-directory and start fresh.

You could then go back and attempt to salvage the historical files. If that's something you would want to spend time on.

Well It Finally happened!! AAARRRGGGHH
After all these years TBCB 2.5 has finally stopped working. Yes I have Windows 10. I tried the "Unfreeze" option, but it's not working. This really sucks.

I have been playing a version of this product since day 1 and it's over. Cannot hardly believe it.

The newer version is so clunky and just does not cut it for me. Very sad about this...

Yep, same problem. Tried to go back to 2.5 after giving up on 2013 and 2.5 keeps locking up trying to run on Win 10. Finally got an old laptop running Win XP believe it or not and running off that. Hope that old clunker laptop doesn't quit on me any time soon.

Sorry to hear that. If at all possible, try to get Windows 7 loaded back on your machine. I gave up on Windows 10 very quickly. It was not designed for the pre-smartphone age I think. I wonder if Linux would work better?

Fingers crossed! I'm not too big on computers and such, so hopefully reinstalling does the trick. If not, I'm sure we can brainstorm another option.

Peter Jackson is headed back to the gym to get fight ready.
