Best O2 seats? Advice needed please...

Post by Deserter »

Hey guys, so I'm lucky in that a work trip to London means I'll be in town for the Haye Bellew rematch. I know it's not everyone's cup of tea, but I haven't had a chance to see any live boxing since May '17, so need my fix! I'm more interested in the Ryder vs Cox fight if I'm honest and I'm also looking forward to it as I've never been to the O2.

So on that note, could do with some advice re. tickets - I'm going with a mate who's never been to a big fight before and we want to make a proper night of it, so while anything ringside is a bridge too far, we were thinking of getting Amazon Deck tickets? However, before we take the plunge would appreciate some advice from those of you who've been before as to what the best options are :TU:

I’d recommend anything on the lower tier and the more central to the ring the better.

I’m pretty sure the various decks are in between the 2 tiers so they’re a bit higher up than the lower tier.

Avoid the top deck, total shite.

I have been a couple times and my usual trick though is to get cheap upper tickets, then just walk into the middle section and find any empty seat. Attendants do not have the time to check every ticket every time with people milling around and going in and out. Just make sure you look like you belong. If someone turns up wanting the seat you are in, just act normal and say "yeah no prob mate" and look for another empty one.

Brook v GGG I ended up in about 5 or 6 seats. Started in paid £80 and ended up in £300'ers

Haha! Sadly I haven't got the front for that Toby, but fair play to you!
