Great find!
From what I have read about this fight previously, it seems Ryan came to fight more than their other battles. This newspaper article seems to support that. He gave it a go but was simply outgunned. I didn't know that 10,000 people were in attendance.

Yea what caught my eye was that this looked to have been a great three rounds of fighting.

I thought it interesting that Ryan's glove slipped off during the fry. I wonder if they used any kind of wrappings?

They used to be tied with the laces from the gloves. The excess would be wrapped around the wrist area.
