Standard - varies from former boxers to local hardmen
Oz gloves - pre agreed 8oz - 12oz
Medics - at unliscenced fights that have been arranged in conjunction with local councils, police etc... there will be medics on site
Pay - depends on the level and size of show. Last one round our way was roughly 500squids.

Pay normally depends on how many tickets you sell..
some of those guys sell 300 tickets so they get decent money

I saw a dvd of 2 fights the other week - the first was a complete joke - with 10 count that took more like 25 seconds, the second was more professional, or tried to be, with a commentator.

Like Knockout said - the more tickets you sell the more you get paid - I've also been told that if you sell the most tickets you are pretty much guranteed to win unless you get KO'd!

I have a friend who was getting 200-300/fight and is now on 500, but he does now hold 2 titles.

I think that they wear 12oz gloves.

I was also told that until recently you just had to declare your weight - so you would have 14 stone men saying that they were 10 stone and smashing smaller guys to bits, the lads that I know who have fought said that this is no longer the case and scales are used.

couple of friends of mine are doing it at the moment.they are fighting on alan mortlocks bills,in an around the south east.his body(if u will)is called the I.B.A,he has his own website.

One of my mates is on pretty good money, think he earnt about 1200 quid for the last one.He is an ex pro tho,and holds a belt.More importantly,he is fu*king popular and sells loads of tickets!!!!

You should try that website mate if u r interested in fighting.

Good luck :TU:
