Interesting matchup but not a pretty fight.

Would expect Hughie to swerve it anyway..

Hughie vs. Joyce, winner gets Kabayel for the European Title. Its the ideal route to take.
I reckon both men will chase Kabayel and the European Title after picking up wins in each of their next fights...

Hughie is a very tidy boxer/mover but he needs a bit of spite in his work! His title fight against Parker could've been won but he didn't do enough! He'd have been kicking himself the next day and I hope he's learned a lesson from that!

End of the day, you can have all the skill in the world and work at it but you can't teach spite! You've either got it or you've not.....

That's true. And I'd pick him over Joyce.

Hughie looked very skilled in parts but like you say he didn't do enough in a very winnable fight,Joyce doesn't do anything for me as yet.

Hughie needs to quit boxing and try out for the Tour De France. Joyce wins this fight easily, as he relentlessly chases Hughie all over the ring for a decisive victory.

Hughie has skill, but doesn't have a commanding jab that makes people stop marching forward. If he had any real power he would have stopped parker plodding forward all night.

Can't see either camps agreeing to this fight. Interesting fight if it happens though.
