Crolla, Paulie and co?
Whoever put it together, they've given me an enjoyable night of boxing I didn't have to pay for, so I hope it works out for them.

I would have encouraged more of the boxrec guys to tune in. Was a good free event..

I know Hobson have some on FreeSports. So must have taken a bit away from this.

Drew Brown deserved it, I thought he was lucky to get the decision over Evans in the semi but no doubt he done enough to beat Young, he's got some nice moves has Brown, especially on the inside for such a tall Welter, he rolls the punches and has some cute inside work and puts his punches together nicely, his head movement is better on the inside than it is on the outside, he's very upright on the outside and cant seem to avoid the right hand, he takes a shot well though and should be in some fun fights down the line

Seems a shy young guy though

:TU: especially young inexperienced fighter, especially in shorter fights in a tournament format, especially with money at stake, on telly for the first time too, it's understandable that a lot of the lads were quite tense and nervous energy stiffened them up, snatching and jerking. With Brown his shoulders were lovely and loose he never tensed up at all, and when he forced onto the defensive he didn't tense up and stiffen his guard, just made little light dips at the knees, folding at the waist, rolling in rhythm and letting little counters go it was so smooth because he was able to relax somehow I'm sure.

That was enjoyable nights boxing to watch, Brown surprised me , he showed toughness and good chin and nice skills, plus a bit of pop on his punches.

I'd like to see a rematch over 8 or maybe 10 with Brown and Young .

i enjoyed this a lot, very competitive fighting and guys really trying to make the most of the opportunity. personally i also had brown losing in the semis, but he boxed really well in his other fights and clearly won the final. i would actually much prefer a longer rematch of that semi rather then the final..
