I don't think Williams would have the confidence to win that after the 2 Smith losses.

I don't think Williams will have lost too much confidence coming off the Smith losses. He didn't get absolutely demolished.
Williams is a tough fella and I would like to see him get this short notice opportunity...

would be a world title fight vs a natural welter who couldnt last the distance vs jessie vargas, wont get many better opportunities then that on the us stage, i think even the wba regular and interim champs might be better jmws then ali, ali was a lightweight in the ams

I've just looked there are over a dozen threads started by Wes just on this page, including this one which is a duplicate.
The majority are polls on fights not worthy of polls.

Unfortunately I felt the need to do this as it is difficult for you to get the message.
A bit of self regulation will be good for the soul, ultimately the powers that be will have had enough if you continue in this manner.

The chances of this fignt happening was probably the same chances that Kell Brook would step in..

So if Ali successfully defends his title against Jaime Munguia on May 12th they're going to confirm a defence against Williams who hasn't won a fight since 2016?
