I doubt it! I like Usyk as a fan, but there are other REAL rising heavyweight prospects and future contenders / champions who would fare much better than Usyk at heavyweight. With them around, Usyk would pretty much be irrelevant.

In a few years time, Vladyslav Sirenko would likely become the number 1 heavyweight in the world and become a champion. I think he'll be the real deal in the future! Not Usyk! I can already see Sirenko beating almost every heavyweight out there today. I think he destroys Wilder. And he beats most, if not all of the other boxers from the top 10.

Oleksandr Teslenko is another promising Ukrainian heavyweight. Both would fare much better than Usyk at heavyweight. Usyk should stick to cruiser weight IMO.

This is era is nowhere near as packed with talent as either the 70's or 90's, not by a long shot.

There's too many fighters who are just fighting scrubs awaiting their title shot,.

Journeymen constantly fighting each other is more exciting than elites sitting on their ass. Sorry Greg for the terminology.

Its not that the fights or even talent are that much worse. Sometimes better. But the fights are scheduled in sloooowww mooootiiioonnn.

When I started becoming a boxing fan, Ali defended his title against Wepner, Lyle, Bugner and Frazier in 1 year. Nothing happens like that anymore.

Absolutely. As more politics and greed play a role, it does it's best to ruin sh#t. It is a shame.

I understand the greed because it is a business. What I don't understand is it seems to me they'd make more money if they fought more. People's attention spans sure ain't getting longer and when they fight only once every 12-18 months, it's no wonder they aren't developing their fan base.

Totally. I know you know, but there is a balance for greed and quality that leads to success. That's getting lost in the shuffle. IMHO.

I find it very interesting that 2 of the most successful companies: Apple and Amazon ironically are very generous.

When I had problems with them, they gave me full refunds and I wasn't even asking for that much. I think a lot of people can learn from them.

Perhaps it was "hard to remember" because Gummo may never have acted. Zeppo played it straight

Yeah, but I couldn't find any of those credits for him (gummo). The brothers felt that Zeppo would be a romantic leading man for their films, but first you need to be a good actor...um...no...

As a kid I wasn't aware he was one of the brothers. Just saw him as a boring guy and a bad singer. I have some of the old movies on DVD and the cutaways to the singing annoy me. One of my pet peeves.

This is a little off subject. Can't blame them if moved to Off Topic.

I looked up on wikipedia that yes Gummo did exist but was never in the movies.

Even music I like such as the Easy Rider Soundtrack, sometimes it annoys me. I'm either want to watch a movie OR listen to music, not both at the same time. Even CNBC can be annoying. Give me the news , I'll rock out later.
