If Haye wins will sky sell us the trilogy?
If Haye wins will sky sell us the trilogy?
If Haye wins on Saturday will Sky push for a rubber match and make Haye Bellew 3?
Re: If Haye wins will sky sell us the trilogy?
Depends on how he wins. If he smashes Bellew up early or totally dominates on points I think the narrative will be that he lost the first fight because of injury and justified his favourite tag in the second.
If Bellew loses I think he retires. He's made his money, he's been a world champion, he's had his stadium fight and regardless of the manner he's beaten a former heavyweight champion. Plus he's got a decent number lined up with Sky.
Haye is a commodity. Stick him in with Joshua and it does massive numbers. A PPV with Whyte works as well. He's always been a ticket seller and an in-form Haye will draw a fair few back in.

Haye Joshua is equally as pathetic as it is plausible .
I was watching that Dynamo magician fella and he was in Hayes gym. He asked Haye to lift him off his feet. Haye did. He then asked him to try again and Haye couldn’t pick him up , bit of a shit trick but is what it is.
However, the best part of that clip wasnt Dynamo somehow negating Hayes strength, but after failing to lift the pip squeak Haye turned to walk away and clutched his shoulder indicating and injury.
Always an excuse with Haye, usually an injury

Haye is obviously joking ffs.
Re: If Haye wins will sky sell us the trilogy?
Nah , it’s an inbuilt psychological defence mechanism that he has. Any defeat, or failure, no matter how trivial, and without thinking he naturally displays signs of an injury.
He reportedly once displayed signs of a sprained wrist following a below par performance when playing the game Hungry Hippos.

winner of Haye Bellew against Fury would make business sense too - can’t see Fury agreeing to fight Haye again thoughdirk2686 wrote: ↑03 May 2018, 20:44 Depends on how he wins. Can’t see Whyte or AJ taking step backwards either

Haye is a name and makes money. Depends on who's available but it certainly could make financial sense.Wales wrote: ↑03 May 2018, 21:42winner of Haye Bellew against Fury would make business sense too - can’t see Fury agreeing to fight Haye again thoughdirk2686 wrote: ↑03 May 2018, 20:44 Depends on how he wins. Fury is clearly coming back against a complete no hoper so I doubt he's ready for either. Warren has given every indication that his opponents are going to be garbage for the foreseeable.
Re: If Haye wins will sky sell us the trilogy?
I think his first three will be knockover jobs , I also think they’ll happen within 6 / 8 months
Fury Bellew sells and Bellew is far too small . Oddly listed the same height as Haye yet I don’t see Haye as too small

Re: If Haye wins will sky sell us the trilogy?
It all depends on how he wins I'd say. If Haye obliterates "lookout" Bellow, there "won't be no rematch."

If Haye destroys Bellew noone will want to see a trilogy fight
If Haye loses or barely scrapes a win, noone will want to see Haye fight again.

Re: If Haye wins will sky sell us the trilogy?
There won't be a third fight.
Re: If Haye wins will sky sell us the trilogy?
I wouldn't be interested. This has dragged on long enough. Yes, I think it is alright for Haye to have this chance to fight Bellew without a gimpy leg, and let's leave it at that.
There are so many other HW matchups I want to see, having another Haye/Bellew clogging our screens is a waste.
Thankfully this fight has an exciting undercard to save it.

Haye's ego has been mentioned several times. I think the claims about his diva'ish requests in the first fight are probably true. If he wins there is no chance of a rematch.

If Haye wins, Whyte will be calling him out within minutes.
Then we have the storyline for another matchroom ‘grudge match’, entice the punters in, PPV, Haye tops up his retirement fund and Whyte gets a payday. If Haye wins that, then it’s the big cash out v Joshua.

Re: If Haye wins will sky sell us the trilogy?
Honestly they might as well. Neither of them are any sort of challenge for anyone else at Heavyweight, but apparently they're money against each other.
Re: If Haye wins will sky sell us the trilogy?
Fukk a third fight! Only reason I'm interested in watching tomorrow is because it's a solid undercard!
Re: If Haye wins will sky sell us the trilogy?
I actually think Whyte is interesting to watch. Not like I think the world of him or anything, but he makes a good fight. Yes?
Re: If Haye wins will sky sell us the trilogy?
I'd fully expect Haye to pull out of the fight before it ever took place, and I wouldn't expect Bellew to be able to give him much of a test.
I'd favor Whyte over either of them. Haye would've been a handful for him if it's 2011 or prior Haye, but THIS David Haye just gets his ass kicked...or like I said, just doesn't even fight the f*cking guy.
Re: If Haye wins will sky sell us the trilogy?
Agree on the Whyte comment, but I believe that Haye, in shape and motivated, will beat up "Lookout" Bellow.gilgamesh wrote: ↑04 May 2018, 16:31I'd fully expect Haye to pull out of the fight before it ever took place, and I wouldn't expect Bellew to be able to give him much of a test.
