Must have lost control when he went down. I'm really surprised the commentary hasn't mentioned it. Mind you, I didn't notice it til I saw post so maybe they haven't seen it :OhYes:

An absolute masterclass so far from Rodriguez. He's been shutting down Butler every step of the way.

Fair play to Butler trying to come forward in the 10th.

Other than not getting the stoppage Rodriguez fought virtually a perfect fight.

Rodriguez could be in some thrillers in the future. Good to watch. I'd like to see him in against somebody who can push him.

A good performance but the second coming of Rigondeaux in terms of being boring. One sustained attack would have got Butler out of there on so many occasions.

i could actually see the 2nd for butler because he came forward throwing and looking like he was putting effort in while rodriguez bizarelly did almost nothing even though hed just dropped butler twice the previous round

Shame we never got Inoue vs Butler back when Butler was unbeaten and Inoue had become WBO champion. That would have been fun to see... Horrifically one sided but fun

It was, but he'd just been beaten to crap, lost his big chance and was being asked the same question that he wasn't going to answer for the 3rd time. He apologised for doing it and says it won't happen again -fair enough if he doesn't imo.
