As far as I know, she won the European amateur title in 1994.

To reiterate: HE is a CURRENT world champion (major belt; the biggest belt, in my opinion).

I know Kazakov won three of the last four.... (2004, 2002,1998) 2000 was Sidorenko (not Vlad, He won fly).... i cannot remember who won before that, some bulgarian i think

damn i misread the question, by "junior flyweight" i thought you meant the weight category, like "light flyweight" rather than flyweight under 20 years old
