edit* would it be better if you used my top half of my body as the profile picture (due to the resolution issue), or is that not allowed?

the commissions have asked us to use passport type photos for all active boxers, it's for their identification purposes

Why not send in a home photo, since its only passport size? You don't have to be shirtless with a boxing glove on.
