Obama inherited a catastrophic economy on day one.. Bush inherited a dream economy on day one.. Dubya made the deficits worse each year like Reagan and Bush Sr did... Obama lowered the deficits each year like Bill Clinton did.. The way to twist this statistic is to blame Obama for spending the money to pull us out of the Great Recession.

Coolidge, Hoover, Reagan, Bush, Dubya, and Trump are crooks and liberals who hand out the money YOU pay in taxes to their corrupt buddies – while gripping firm control of the federal judiciary – which is the most corrupt it’s ever been.
That is the way Nixon and Reagan got out of going to prison for their crimes.

And I still have Moorer beating Golota based on far better skills, speed, smarts, and punching power.

Michael Grant would have beaten George Foreman... Grant was a super slow guy -- but just because of his height, reach, and length he'd eventually get his big rights on George like he got on Golota... If you were fast Grant was a piece of cake.

Tommy wasn't exactly slow. A bit chinny, and too much of a party boy outside the ring, but he was a decent operator when properly motivated. I'm sure he was HIGHLY motivated for George.
George wasn't in his prime in the 90's at any point obviously, but he was able to pull off a few miracles.
I don't doubt that Grant could've possibly beaten George in the 90's. I also wouldn't have been too shocked if George had caught him, and knocked him out.

Morrison wasn't slow. He actually moved rather well the pre-Stallone part of his career. He was also not so slow after that period but not quite as fast. (and he put on more bulk muscle than he had prior). Foreman in his prime would have wrecked Morrison, much like Mercer. Morrison fought a 'perfect' fight against the big man. Grant couldn't beat any of the three. BTW - You seem to like the "body beautiful" hw's, by the way. Even if they are glass jawed like Grant. Grant, AJ, etc.
I don't actually like Grant... I was pulling for him to beat Tomasz Adamek because he tried so hard... He lacked the speed to get away from the smaller man's punches and Adamek never landed a decent punch on 40-year-old Vitali Klitscko...

Golota was more skilled than Botha from what I see. Less level headed, but more skilled. Golota wasn't the biggest puncher of all time or anything, but he wasn't exactly feather fisted either. He was able to drop Ruiz a couple of times.
I just think that if they fought enough Golota would be bound to catch him and take him out at least ONE of those times. That's all I'm saying. I agree with you that Moorer is the better fighter, and beats him more often than not so there really isn't much of a disagreement here.
Saying Golota was more skilled than Botha is a stretch though...
Lewis bombed Botha out in 2 rounds... He put Golota out in 1 round... Botha was giving Tyson a tough fight for a few rounds before he got nailed with a bomb... Tyson started hitting Golota right away like he owned him....with every swing he threw.. I viewed both Botha and Golota as punching bags who Michael Moorer would have little trouble with.
