Lets hope Arthur comes through his fight on Saturday ok, i.e. he wins & also dont pick up a bad injury or cut.

Indeed and then it's the IBF title for Arthur. :TU:

Medina is boxing Yodsanan Sor Nanthachai for the vacant IBF title on 31st May, and i think that knowing the IBF they would want Arthur to box an eliminator before going for the winner of that match

Is it such a foregone conclusion that Arthur gets past Gulyekevich though? He's been stopping people of late (that 2nd round ko of Tontchev looks pretty good on paper). I think the amazing one could still be vulnerable to a puncher. I know he won quite handily in the end against Ricky Burns, but Burns couldn't miss him with the left hook. If he'd had any pop, it would certainly have been more interesting.

It's not 3K battery(he's fighting at Super Bantmaweight now) , Nanthachai is a former WBA Super Featherweight champion. He made 2 or 3 defences too .

Arthurs not world class material though. Medina probably hasn't got the pop to dent his chin but may outbx him. Whats the betting Scott Harrison fights the winner if this fight comes off?

Who cares about the IBF anymore...they've done so much shady shit the past year that I can't even take them seriously anymore. I look at the IBO and WBO with more seriousness than the IBF anymore.

Arthur is too rigid still and has a poor defence which I think will find him out at world class level...

Your right mate, it's no forgone conclusion, i have seen a bit of Gulyakevich and he is pretty handy. Expect a tough one for Alex.
